How do I prepare for an energy healing session?

Great question! I often advise clients to show up well hydrated, in a comfortable place for their session. During these sessions, we will utilize muscle testing and your own subconscious to direct us in finding and releasing the specific imbalances related to whatever health or life projects that are showing up in your current season.

What happens during a session?

We will begin with uncovering first and foremost your goals or health projects, then identify and release your personal imbalances or blockages to find relief and results. You may or may not feel shifts during your session. Each person is unique.

What can I expect after a session?

After a session you  may feel a need to rest, or you may feel very energized. Each individual is unique in their body and processing. Some may find the following day or so a need for extra rest and hydration and to integrate the changes from the session.

It is important to note, you are always encouraged to seek council from a trusted physician when you're dealing with any type of health problem.

How many sessions will I need to have results?

This practice grounds itself in your body's innate ability to heal. With that said, every person is unique in their journey. Some may be satisfied with one session, others will prefer multiple sessions. My goal as your practitoner is to empower you, not create dependency.
